1. Who we are and what this document covers

ORCH Data is a Brazilian company, based in the state of Goias, that builds orch.space, an AI agent that runs work on the customer machine or on the customer infrastructure.

This document covers the use of this website. It is not the product contract. When orch.space goes on sale, there will be a separate contract, presented before any purchase.

2. Using the site

You may read it, copy excerpts for your own use and share the page addresses. You may not try to bypass access controls, overload the service, mass extract content in an automated way that disturbs operation, or use the site for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for the information you send through the form, including for having permission to submit an email address that is not yours.

3. The waiting list is not a contract

Joining the waiting list creates no charge, grants no guaranteed access to the product, reserves no place and fixes no price or date. It is an expression of interest, nothing more.

ORCH Data may change the scope, the schedule and the commercial model of orch.space while it is not on sale. You can leave the list whenever you want.

4. Intellectual property

The names ORCH Data and orch.space, the texts, the visual identity and the code of this site belong to ORCH Data. Using any of them requires written permission, except for quotation with the source named.

Third party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are named only to identify the compared products, without suggesting any link, sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Content of the comparison pages

The pages comparing orch.space with other products use public information, with the date it was published. Products change fast, and a point that is correct today may be out of date tomorrow.

If you find incorrect or outdated information about any product named here, including your own, write to us. We correct the page and keep the update date visible.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

Brazilian law applies. The courts of the district of Goiania, state of Goias, are chosen to settle any matter arising from these terms, except where the law grants a consumer a different venue.
