Does local AI mean an open model running on my computer?
It can. Agent execution is local either way. The language model is a separate choice: you can point to a model installed inside your network or to an external provider, and ORCH Data does not lock you to a single vendor.
Does this make me compliant?
Compliance belongs to the whole processing activity, not to one tool. What ORCH Data delivers is the technical part: keeping the data in your environment, limiting what the agent can reach, and recording usage. The legal assessment stays with your team.
What if my company cannot use any cloud at all?
Then the agent runs only inside your network, with a language model that also runs inside your network. That is exactly the scenario the local architecture was built for.
Do you train models on my data?
No. ORCH Data does not collect the content of your work to train models, and does not pass that content to third parties.
